Jessica Tan - From Café Staff to Professional Barista

Jessica came to the UAE two years ago to work in a busy café. She enjoyed

her job but wanted to move beyond routine service and gain professional-

level barista skills. She enrolled in PURE Experience to develop both her

technical knowledge and her ability to create memorable guest

connections. The course's combination of online learning and practical

skill-building helped her perfect her espresso technique, latte art, and

customer interaction. After completing her training, she took on

responsibility for beverage quality and began designing new seasonal

drinks that boosted café sales.
